Murakami running

Haruki Murakami - best known for his writting - has been running for the last 23 years. His book "What I talk about when I talk about running" describes a parallel life where there is not much to talk about. The purpose of running is running. Running helps thinking about running. There is however some lively conversation with the muscles and joints.

I should probably not recommend this book - except if you run and wish to think about running when you are running.
